PROJECT OVERVIEW
How it fits together.
The Damark Solutions website provides access to its customer portal at /portal. From the portal, users can download the PLC Middleware application and manage workspaces, access roles, plan requests, gateway registration and activation. The downloaded middleware runs locally to connect devices and present operational data.
THE RESULT
From idea to demo.
The supplied user manual documents the journey from workspace creation to gateway activation, live telemetry, alarms and history, using a local Modbus TCP simulator for the walkthrough.

01 / WEBSITE
The public introduction.
The Damark Solutions website is the public entry point. Its portal tab takes users to the customer workspace at /portal.
02 / CLOUD PORTAL
The customer workspace.
Users access their workspace, plans and gateways here, and download the middleware application and obtain its activation package.
03 / LOCAL MIDDLEWARE
The device connection.
The application downloaded from the portal runs locally. It connects PLCs and BACnet/IP devices, exposes a REST API and streams live telemetry through SignalR, with optional OPC UA interoperability.
MONITORING & OPERATIONS
The manual covers tag configuration and import, four-level alarm thresholds, deadband, delays and acknowledgement, historian recording, data quality and age, configuration synchronization and gateway heartbeats.
